1. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

2. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for non-customized items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Can I customize my design?
Yes! Send us your design idea or logo. We’ll confirm before printing.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Canada & USA only.
